The process of powder steam sterilizer ensures that the air is completely eliminated during sterilization,saturated steam enter the whole chamber and penetrate into herbal material, powder, granules, and tablets. Heating and sterilization is achieved by directly feeding clean steam, to achieve uniform heat distribution through the jacket heating & warming. Initial preheating prevents agglomeration of herbal powder. Final drying is finished by air exhaust (through one or more times air exhaust) and by replacing the moist air with sterile air.
