A New Chapter in BRICS Industrial Cooperation: Co-Creating Global Localization
On September 16-17, 2025, the 2025 BRICS New Industrial Revolution Partnership Forum—an international forum co-hosted by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the People's Republic of China and the People's Government of Fujian Province—was successfully held in Xiamen, Fujian Province. Two projects from Shinva Medical were selected as case studies for the forum, becoming the industry's focal point.

PART.01
Dual Project Selection
Shinva's submissions to the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology—the “Indonesia Medical Device Localization Factory Project” and the “New 25-50T Blood Products Plant Project in Belarus”—were both selected as case studies for this forum. This highlights the company's dual-engine approach in international expansion through its medical device and pharmaceutical equipment business segments.

The “Indonesia Medical Device Localization Factory Project” focuses on precisely meeting local healthcare market demands, enhancing regional medical standards through the export of advanced medical devices. Meanwhile, the “New 25-50T Blood Products Plant Project in Belarus” targets the pharmaceutical sector, promoting exchanges and cooperation in high-quality pharmaceutical technologies and products. These projects fully demonstrate Shinva's robust capabilities across its two core business segments and its far-reaching strategic considerations in international expansion.
PART.02
Roundtable Dialogue
At the pharmaceutical sub-forum roundtable on the 17th, Shinva's Deputy General Manager Qu Jing participated as a speaker. Joined by guests including Yin Ji, Chief Representative of the São Paulo State Investment Promotion Agency's Shanghai Office, and Dr. Shais Komar, Greater China General Manager of Redi, they engaged in in-depth discussions on the critical topic of localized development.

Vice President Qu Jing emphasized that Shinva's international trade will adhere to a stronghold-building philosophy, using solid services and high-quality products as its foundation to steadily advance its internationalization process. He specifically shared the future localization cooperation strategy for linear accelerators in Brazil, stressing a three-step approach: taking products abroad, sending personnel in, and elevating the brand through local recruitment and innovative cooperation models. This presentation charted the course for the company's localized development in BRICS nations and global markets, showcasing Shinva's proactive stance and innovative thinking in international cooperation.
PART.03
BRICS Forum
Hosted by relevant national ministries and commissions, the BRICS Partnership Forum on the New Industrial Revolution serves as a vital platform for deepening industrial cooperation among BRICS nations and advancing the new industrial revolution. Its significance lies in promoting resource sharing and complementary strengths within the industrial sector, jointly addressing global industrial development challenges, and steering the global industrial economy toward greater innovation, sustainability, and environmental responsibility.

Shinva's outstanding performance at this BRICS Partnership Forum on the New Industrial Revolution not only injected new momentum into its own international development but also provided valuable experience and reference for domestic medical enterprises to “go global.” It is believed that in the future, Shinva will continue to shine on the international stage and write even more glorious chapters.
