BMW-T-200G provides multiple safety protection systems,quadruple water filtration system to avoidthe damage of impurity particles to the internal and exteral surfaces of the glassware, 3-stagetemperature protection device can make the equipment over-temperature fast power off, to protectthe equipment, vessels and operators from harm, double water level protection system with doubledrainage pump drainage system, not only can accurately control the amount of water into theequipment, but also quickly drain the water when the equipment fails. in addition, the machine alsoprovides high-temperature no-opening protection, detergent lack protection, electronic safety doorlock, with automatic fault diagnosis cycle, alamm message alert and alamm sound alert, which not onlyguarantee the normal use of the equipment, but also provide help for daily maintenance and repair.

Wash and disinfect:

BMW-T-200G adopts the European high flow circulation pump with the maximum flow rate of500L/min. The pump has a soft start function, which can adjust the spraying pressure andwater circulation according to the type and weight ofthe loads, so as to prevent the damage tothe lab ware caused by the excessive water pressure when the circulation pump starts instanta-neously. After pushing the fully loaded washing racks into the chamber, the equipment cansupply water to each internal spraying rod of the racks through the perfect piping design. Thethree-dimensional wing spray of stainless steel spray arms at the top and bottom of thechamber can scrub 360°, at the same time automatically add detergent, the inside andoutside surface contaminants of laboratory vessels are quickly decomposed and shed, thusachieving a thorough cleaning effect.

BMW-T-200G has a built-in 93°Chigh-temperature disinfection cycle, and the disinfectioneffect is in accordance with EN ISO 15883 international standard.

Drying 

BMW-T-200G adopts the European imported high-flow high-pressure fan with a maximum flowrate of 107m3 /h, withF5 level pre-filter and H14 main filter to ensure that the dry air is free ofimpurities, while with steam condensation system, to ensure that the equipment exhaust willnot affect the room temperature when there is no external exhaust duct i.e. humidity. Fan withfrequency conversion start function, in the early stage ofdrying to provide a smaller airvolume,to prevent the fan instantaneous start larger wind pressure and the steam is discharged tooquickly to bring ham to the laboratory environment.
