Working principle
Ultrasonic Washer using ultrasonic generator to send out high-frequency oscillation signal, and transferred into a high-frequency mechanical oscillation through the transducer, then spread to the ultrasonic medium-detergent.The ultrasound in the detergent sparse and dense forward radiation, so that the liquid vibrates and produces tens of thousands of tiny bubbles, which formed and grow in the negative pressure zone by ultrasonic longitudinal propagation, and rapid closure in the positive pressure zone, this process is called "cavitation" effect.
In this process can form more than 1000 instanthigh pressure, continuous high pressure is like a series of small "explosion" constantly impact the surface of the items, so that the dirt in the items surface and crevices peeled off, so as to achieve a comprehensive washing effect.
