Energy-saving/Heat Pump Double-Effect Concentrator
Working principle:
Energy-saving double-effect concentrator: the secondary steam of the first-effect is used as the heat source of the second-effect to heat the materials, which improves the utilization rate of heat energy.
Heat pump double-effect concentrator: the secondary steam of the first-effect is compressed by the heat pump and then supplied for the second-effect heating, thus greatly saving the consumption of boiler steam and reducing the production cost.
Equipment composition:
Heat pump system (or vacuum), first-effect heating chamber, first-effect evaporation chamber, second-effect heating chamber,second-effect evaporation chamber, condenser, liquid receiving tank system pipes and valves.
Double-effect operation index of heat pump:
The live steam pressure is 0.5 ~ 0.7 MPa. The first-effect heating temperature is 90'c, and the first-effect evaporation temperature is 75 C); The second-effect heating temperature is 75'c, and the second-effect evaporation temperature is 55°C.
Energy Saving Index:
The ratio of steam to water is 0.33-0.37Kg steam /Kg water. Compared with the double-effect system without heat pump, about 34% energy and 30% water are saved.
