The Fume Hood (with Pipes) is the primary barrier in the chemistry laboratory that protects experimenters from hazardous chemical fumes, a high-efficiency safety device for suppression of toxic, irritating or inflammable gases. It may be applied as a crucial safety equipment to effectively exhaust chemical fumes, steam, dust and toxic gases generated in the experimental processes so as to protect operators as well as laboratory environment.

Characteristics

1. LCD screen displays time, temperature, PM2.5 in working area and air velocity, through which the air volume or dip angle of angle valve may be set as per actual needs. 

2. The intelligent constant air velocity technology achieves automatic adjustment of exhaust air rate based on changes of open height of front window so that the face velocity is maintained constant. 

3. The body-induction function automatically lowers air velocity when there is no operator around the equipment, saving energy consumption. 

4. The working table adopts physiochemical plate, compact-grade laminate plate and ceramic plate, which resists heat, corrosion and wear & tear, and is easy for cleaning. 

5. The fume hood body is sprayed by acid-and-alkali-resistant epoxy resin powder, and the appearance is smooth and aesthetic. 

6. The lower part of front edge employs air-channel structure to effectively prevent detention or counter-current of contaminated gases on the table. 

7. The secure design of two-sided wall with an inner spatial distance of 120mm facilitates connection of water, power and gas pipes. 

8. A 340*480mm overhaul-purpose window is mounted inside, which may be disassembled separately and is easy for repair & maintenance. 

9. Optional accessories: water valve, gas valve, water nozzle, gas nozzle and tap, etc.
