SGFA10 type pre-filled syringe production line is an ideal solution for automatic nested pre-filled syringe and features medium and high production capacity. The production line is mainly composed of automatic unpacking machine, automatic box opening machine and automatic filling and sealing machine. Usingthe pre-filled syringe production line of Shinva to fill and seal liquid medicine at one time can reduce the additional filling amount of liquid medicine, and reduce the residual amount of liquid medicine, which can improve the use rate of liquid medicine. The use of wash-free and sterilization-free nested syringe eliminates the need for bottle cleaning and sterilization, so it is not necessary to configure cleaning machines, tunnel ovens and other equipment, which can not only reduce the cost of equipment, but also reduce the risk of pollution. The filling station is close to the stoppering station,which can realize stoppering immediately after filling. The exposure time of the liquid medicine is short, and the pollution risk is less. It can also be equipped with vacuum stoppering and vacuum nitrogen filling functions, which can meet the high requirements for drugs on residual oxygen content and achieve the target of residual oxygen content less than 1%.
