The Laser Headspace Leak Aperture Calibration System is a non-invasive,non-destructive testingsystem used for the integrity testing of packaged products such as vials and ampoules, as well as for the non-destructive measurement of standard positive control samples with known leak apertures. lt employs an intelligent pressure control system to establish a precise pressure differential across the sample wall. Utilizing laser absorption spectroscopy,the system performs ultra-high precision detection of the internal pressure within the sample. Combined with a multi-physics leak model (aperture-critical/viscous flow coupling algorithm), it enables high-precision measurement of minute leak apertures and seal integrity, offering low detection limits, non-invasiveness, non-destructive operation,and user-friendly handling.lt is suitable for applications including leak aperture calibration of positive control samples (e.g., vials/ampoules) and package seal integrity testing.
