Working principle:

Vacuum continuous belt liquid drier allows continuous feeding and discharging of liquid materials for drying under vacuum and low temperature environment, The liquid material is conveyed into the dryer by the feed pump and evenly distributed on the low-speed belt: the low-point component will be evaporated in the high vacuum and discharged by the vacuum system. The heat medium in that heating plate can be steam or superheated water. The heating plate is controlled separately in temperature by layer and adjustable in temperature. The unloading end is provided with a vacuum crushing device for outputting finished product of a required particle size.

Scope of application:

Liquid paste materials such as plant extracts, bioengineering material, food, health products and chemical raw materials;

Especially suitable for high value-added, heat-sensitive and high viscosity materials; not suitable for spray drying materials;

Typical materials: Chinese medicinal extract, herbal extract concentrate, herbal fermentation concentrate, malt extract,oligosaccharide, plant protein, condiment, etc.
