Multi-mold continuous BFS is a new plastic bottle blowing,filling and sealing machine with high productivity and high material utilization rate developed by Shinva. This model inherits the advantages of continuous BFS, such as high material utilization rate, good aseptic safety and low residual oxygen rate. The single station of this equipment can realize the bottle making, filling and sealing operations.

There is no cutter to cut off the tube blank in the production process. The equipment can realize the separation of product waste, the sub packaging of products, and the transportation of products and waste materials.
