Product Introduction
The system consists of forced convection fan and air deflector. Under the strong driving of the fan and the guidance of the air deflector, the high temperature mixed sterilization medium(pure steam and clean air) in the sterilization chamber forms vortex airflow which flows evenly through the products for heating and sterilization.The temperature distribution during sterilization is within the allowable standard range. A certain amount of clean compressed air is introduced into the chambel to keep product pressure balance and prevent product damage cause by high pressure inside.
Technical Process
Preheating→ Heating→ Sterilizing → Air cooling → Drying→ Cooling→ Pressure relief
