Integration of Steam and Electricity Heating Mode on One Washer-disinfector
The old washer-disinfector is equipped with steam heating or electric heating. The washer-disinfector with steam heating has high efficiency, but it needs a table steam supply source. The washer-disinfector with electric heating does not need an external steam source, but the efficiency is relatively lower. Rapid-A-520 washer-disinfector realizes the integration of steam heating and lectricity heating, which is suitable for various installation conditions.
Intelligent Conductivity Online Monitoring System
The system could test rinse water quality. If the water quality is poor in rinse stage, system will add one more rinse stage automatically, to ensure the quality of rinse effect.
Wash Cart
New wash cart adopts modular design. One wash cart, changed by different modules of rack, could clean different types of instruments, reducing procurement costs and saving storage space.
Intelligent Color Recognition System
Color recognition can intuitively reflect the operating status of washer-disinfector, and the operating conditions can be seen easily.
Automatic Control of Water Fill Amount
The amount of water fill is determined by loading capacity. If the loading is small, amount of water fill will be automatically reduced. Correspondingly the consumption of electric, chemical detergent, such as washing detergent will be reduced, protecting environment, and reducing usage cost.

This type of wash cart is used to wash surgical instrument, the instrument is loaded in an instrument tray.
Note: It is not recommended to use this type of wash cart to wash dressing bowls, curved plates and other items.
