SHINVA Glycohemoglobin Analyzer Achieves NGSP Certification

On August 19, 2025, SHINVA’s independently developed SGH-400 Fully Automated Glycohemoglobin Analyzer was officially awarded NGSP (National Glycohemoglobin Standardization Program) certification, following its IFCC (International Federation of Clinical Chemistry and Laboratory Medicine) certification in July. Achieving recognition from both of the world’s leading standardization organizations marks that SHINVA’s glycohemoglobin testing products have reached the highest international standards in terms of technical performance and result reliability.

NGSP

Dual Certification Ensures Global Comparability

NGSP is the most widely adopted standardization program in clinical practice across the United States. Its results are traceable to the reference values of the landmark DCCT study, serving as an important basis for clinical decision-making. The dual certification of SGH-400 by NGSP and IFCC demonstrates that its testing results have reached an international first-class level, ensuring compatibility and comparability with multi-center research data worldwide.

SGH-400 HbA1c Analyzer

Innovated in China, Supporting Elderly Health Screening

The SGH-400 Fully Automated Glycohemoglobin Analyzer, developed by SHINVA, adopts the internationally recognized High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) method. This ensures highly accurate results while effectively eliminating interference from hemoglobin variants. The analyzer is designed for efficiency, with the capacity to load 80 samples per run and deliver results at a speed of one sample per 60 seconds. It is well-suited for large-scale screening programs, providing comprehensive solutions for elderly diabetes screening in primary care as well as diabetes diagnosis and treatment in tertiary hospitals.
