SHINVA Signs MOU with Genoray in China

Shinva Medical Instrument Co., Ltd. and Genoray, a global diagnostic imaging medical device company, signed a letter of intent (MOU) on April 12, 2024, officially announcing the establishment of a strategic partnership.

Both companies held an MOU signing ceremony at Shinva's booth within the 2024 CMEF (China International Medical Equipment Fair) in China to formalize their partnership. Key stakeholders expressed their determination to achieve long-term mutual growth through a strategic partnership. Through this agreement, Genoray will supply equipment and components developed by itself in response to Shandong Xinhua's request.


Founded in 1943, Shinva Medical Instrument Co., Ltd. is a leading domestic health industry group integrating scientific research, production, sales, medical services, and trade logistics of medical devices and pharmaceutical equipment.
