Working principle:

Part of the solvent in the material liquid is vaporized and continuously discharged under the action of vacuum. and after several repetitions, the solvent in the liquid is continuously evaporated and the concentration is increased until it is concentrated to the required specific proportion and then discharged from the liquid (paste) outlet.

Product advantages:

‌• WYZ general type equipment is used for evaporation of aqueous solution;

‌• WZYH alcohol recovery type equipment is used for evaporation of alcohol solution. It has a large condensing and cooling area, ensuring alcohol recovery. The recovery concentration reaches 70%-85%, the alcohol loss rate is less than 5%. The temperature after alcohol recovery is less than 40°C;

‌• WZYS paste collecting type equipment is used for single-effect evaporation and concentrated paste collection. After single-effect normal evaporation, valves of the nozzle and circulating pipe connecting the heating chamber and the evaporation chamber are closed. All material liquid comes into the evaporation chamber, and is heated directly the jacket of the evaporation chamber, and is concentrated under reduced pressure until the concentration proportion of the material is increased to 1.35-1.45.
