Working principle:

Vacuum continuous belt solid drier allows continuous feeding and discharging of wet solid materials for drying under vacuum and low temperature environment. Solid material is fed into the drier through a highly adaptive feeder and spread evenly onto a low speed conveyor belt, Conveyor belts can be 3-13 layers as required and have the ends staggered to make the materials on the upper conveyor belt fall on the lower conveyor belt by gravity. Layer-by-layer transmission on the belt with heating plate in it provides complete evaporation of wet gradient in the materials. The heat medium in that heating plate can be steam or hot water configurable in the temperature between 30 and 180C. The heating plate is controlled separately in temperature by layer. The material can be cooled inside or outside the machine base on the property of material. Crusher can be provided for crushing if necessary. Drying time is adjustable in 30-150mins.

raw materials;

Explosive, toxic, wet and pungent odor material;

Wet components to be recovered.
