From November 4th to 8th, 2024, the International Trade Department of Shinva Medical hosted its second global medical equipment maintenance engineer skills training seminar of the year. 

As the concluding seminar for the 2024 international customer training program, this event featured a broader scope of topics, covering key product areas such as infection control devices, clean technology equipment, and dental medical devices. The seminar attracted over ten engineers from various countries, coming together to explore cutting-edge technologies in medical equipment maintenance and best practices. The seminar’s impact was profound, strengthening communication and understanding with international customers, enhancing both parties’ service capabilities, and promoting Shinva Medical’s global recognition.

Sharing Cutting-Edge Maintenance Experiences

The seminar focused on several core topics, including Standardized Equipment Maintenance Processes as well as Fault Monitoring, Troubleshooting, and Hands-on Practice. Shinva Medical’s expert team not only delivered in-depth technical presentations but also arranged practical demonstrations and Q&A sessions for the engineers. All participating engineers showcased outstanding competence, earning their completion certificates, which enhanced their practical skills and improved their ability to maintain medical equipment.
