Vial Washing, Drying, Filling and Sealing Linkage Line
Vials Washing, Drying, Filling and sealing line is mainly used for washing, drying and sterilizing, filling and stoppering and capping of freeze-dried powder, liquid injection products pushed in vials. This line is composed of four single machines namely KQCL series vertical ultrasonic bottle washing machine, MRSJ series tunnel type sterilization oven, KGS series vial filling and stoppering machine, KZG series vial capping machine. Each single machine can work independently or be combined together to use, more than 20 procedures can be completed during combined production process.
Vertical Ultrasonic Bottle Washing Machine
Vertical Ultrasonic Bottle Washing Machine adopts the washing principle of ultrasonic rough wash first and then needle WFI wash,in process of WFI wash, the needles will insert inside of the vial to do non-contact wash alternately by water and air each for three times; Different wash mediumsail use independent needles to avoid cross contamination; Turntable bottle conveying method ensures that the washing process transparent and visual, convenient for observation.
Tunnel Type Sterilization Oven
Hot Air Circulating Tunnel Sterilization Oven is a drying and sterilization equipment developed and manufactured according to new version of national GMP, it can monitor and record the whole working data, this series tunnel oven can be widely used in pharmaceutical, bioengineering, animal pharmaceutical factory, cosmetic, health precuts and other fields, which is used for glass bottle drying and sterilization treatment.
Filling and Stoppering Machine
Filling and stoppering machine is the main equipment of liquid vial and freeze drying production line. It is a filling equipment that adopt modulary combination and full servo driving force,humanization layout of transission structure, stable transmission and stable performance.
Capping Machine
This machine is suitable forvial cappingand sealing. It adopts single-knife multi-head capping method. The machine features stable capping and high qualification rate. Aluminum scrap collection device is equipped. The machine meets the current GMP requirements.
