Application

YXQG Series stainless steel Portable Autoclave is a kind of sterilization equipment with pressure steam as medium. It is used for sterilizingsurgical instruments, beddings and glassware of medical units.

The default parameters can be set and modified by users, the counts of positive pressure pulses, sterilization temperature, sterilization time, boiling point temperature and other parameters can be set by users.

Temperature sensor control, precise control of sterilization chamber temperature.

Automatic over-temperature protection device, door safety interlock device, safety valve for automatic pressure relief, short-circuit protection, over-pressure protection.

Safety Protection Device

Anti-dry burning device: when the water level is lower than the specified level, it can automatically cut off the heating power.

Automatic steam venting device: when the pressure exceeds the set value, the steam release valve will automatically open and discharge steam to keep the sterilization pressure in the chamber.

Over-pressure protection device: automatic pressure relief safety valve will open automatically to release pressure when the pressure exceeds the safety value.

Door safety interlock device: If the door is not closed, the chamber cannot be pressurized, and if there is pressure in the chamber,the door cannot be opened.

Electronic circuit safety device: AC main circuit with fuse.
